Food is Medicine

In our society it is common to treat the cause of our illness with medicine. There is nothing wrong with this of course, unless you can prevent the cause of the illness to begin with. At Eco Urban Gardens we believe in using food and exercise to heal and prevent many common health conditions such as obesity, Type II diabetes and heart disease. Increasing your daily consumption of fruits and vegetables will help not only your physical health, but you mental and emotional health as well. For more information about how the way you eat can affect your livelihood, please email us at echristy@ecourbangardens.org
